What you’ll do Support a construction project manager I or II by managing core project deliverables in terms of time, partnerships and quality Assist in the planning and implementation of construction project schedules & budgets Assist in the management of consultants, general contractors, sub-contractors and vendors Review and process general contractor pay applications for contract conformance on multiple projects Review and manage the flow of submittals pertaining to Owner furnished items Coordinate onsite sequencing and construction scheduling of utility companies Coordinate onsite sequencing and installation of Owner furnished equipment and facility turnover to operations Conduct administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, site visits and job walks Coordinate onsite due diligence activities What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree preferred

Relevant Work Experience:

3-5 years Construction project management Experience with Commercial Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, F&B What else you need to know This is an onsite role based in our New York, NY office location.
