Responsibilities:

Oversee interior apartment renovations from start to finish Build scopes of work for each project Coordinate closely with project coordinators and subcontractors Manage multiple projects simultaneously (typically 3-5) Ensure compliance with condo and co-op alteration agreements Maintain project timelines and budgets Regularly visit project sites, primarily in Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in interior design or construction Background in interior apartment renovations Familiarity with condo and co-op renovation processes and alteration agreements Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to oversee all phases of a project independently
