Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers Monitor construction progress and make adjustments to ensure deadlines and budgets are met. Lead project teams and subcontractors with clear direction and effective communication. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental requirements. Conduct regular site visits between field crews to monitor progress and resolve issues. Work on job sites between crews in the field as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction project management. Proven experience managing residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
