The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, resources, and on-site teams, ensuring all work is completed on time, within scope, and in strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Plan, Coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to completion. Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers Monitor construction progress and make adjustments to ensure deadlines and budgets are met. Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFI’s and close-out materials Lead project teams and subcontractors with clear direction and effective communication. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental requirements.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in construction project management. Proven experience managing residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$25.00 – $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
