As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project.

Responsibilities:

Projects in UPSTATE New York, must be willing to stay at company accommodation for duration of project. Must drive 5+ Hour to project. Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site, including scheduling, manpower allocation, and material procurement. Implement and enforce safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality standards, and within project timelines. Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise. Manage and mentor on-site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively. Keep accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, site incidents, and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willing to drive long distances to job sites.
