End Time Varies Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to manage multiple crews and ensure projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily roofing operations and crews Maintain excellent communication with customers, team members, and contractors Read, interpret, and implement contract specifications and project plans Monitor job site safety and quality control Solve on-site problems quickly and effectively Maintain detailed project documentation Ensure timely completion of all projects
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven team leadership and people management abilities Ability to read and understand contracts and scope of work Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability Clean driving record and valid driver’s license Reliable transportation to and from job sites Positive attitude and strong work ethic Roofing or construction experience preferred
Work Hours:
Start at 6:30 AM daily; end time varies depending on project needs. Flexibility is a must.

$28.00 – $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
