Responsibilities:

Field verifying location and nature of work beingperformed by putting eyes on the project. Confirm quality of workbeing done and quantity done at the end of each day. Responsiblefor maintaining acceptable performance standards and metrics ofcrew working on project. Maintain contract schedule. Responsiblefor all administrative functions necessary to document workincluding but not limited to ordering and tracking of supplies,billing, hours, safety documents, etc. Ensure safety practices andprocedures are being followed at all times. Perform other relatedwork as assigned using available resources to achieve establishedgoals.

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma Have the abilityto complete assignments with no supervision and self-direct dailyactivities Organized and motivated to provide project support asdirected Conscientious professional who has a pleasant phone mannerand excellent organizational skills 1-3 years previous Constructionexperience in the field Proficient in Microsoft Office products,specifically Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to handle multipletasks (This is not a complete listing of all duties andresponsibilities.
