Responsibilities:

Field verifyinglocation and nature of work being performed by putting eyes on theproject. Confirm quality of work being done and quantity done atthe end of each day. Responsible for maintaining acceptableperformance standards and metrics of crews working on project.

Maintain contract schedule. Oversee day-to-day performance ofConstruction Coordinators. Responsible for all administrativefunctions necessary to document work including but not limited toordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safetydocuments, etc. Ensure safety practices and procedures are beingfollowed at all times. Perform other related work as assigned usingavailable resources to achieve established goals.

PositionRequirements:

High School Diploma Have the ability to completeassignments with no supervision and self-direct daily activitiesOrganized and motivated to provide project support as directedConscientious professional who has a pleasant phone manner andexcellent organizational skills 1-3 years previous Constructionexperience in the field Proficient in Microsoft Office products,specifically Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to handle multipletasks (This is not a complete listing of all duties andresponsibilities.
