Established in 1991 we specializes in historic and landmark restoration for city and state agencies throughout New York. What you will be doing:
Manages all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects.
Identification and management of the project and safety risks.
Development of the scope and estimate of the project through collaboration with the various project stakeholders.
Specification of all the relevant industry standards required for the design and construction of the facility.
Identification and the application for all the relevant permits that will be required for the construction and commissioning of the facility.
Embedment of a strong safety culture in the project team, contractors, and workers on site.
