Requirements:
- Experience in exterior restoration and roofing (required)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and suppliers
- Knowledge of construction procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate exterior restoration and roofing projects
- Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Supervise site activities and resolve technical or logistical issues
- Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and inspectors
