As a Field Supervisor at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing operations in the field, ensuring roofing projects are met with integrity and excellence. This role requires flexibility, persuasive communication, conflict resolution skills, and strong time management. With a compensation range of $20-30 per hour, and benefits like a company truck and gas card, you will be part of a culture that values integrity, excellence, and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities Monitor production calendar and tasks on CRM Conduct site surveys with clients, document jobsite Arrive at the jobsite to greet homeowner and prepare the jobsite Make any necessary material runs throughout the day Actively supervise the jobsite, enforce safety at all times Quality control of work being performed Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and team members Problem solving and conflict resolution with homeowner, crews, and team members Coordinate and meet with building inspectors Report any change orders to the Production Manager Final walk-through with homeowner, final documentation and photos Pick up and return leftover materials Input inventory changes in the Inventory Management System Material Order Acknowledgement Skills Leadership Time Management Communication Problem-solving Conflict Resolution Ready to join our team as a Field Supervisor? and be part of our mission to bring quality craftsmanship and joy to every project.
