Construction Project Manager Position Available In Suffolk, New York

Construction Project Manager RCC Concrete 117 Lamar Street, West Babylon, NY 11704 We are seeking candidates with at least five years of successful experience in construction management. Position assumes responsibility for administration of assigned projects, including specific phases of project management, working with schedules, cost projections, contracts, submittals, extra work proposals, and project status reports.

Specific duties include:

leading construction progress meetings; overseeing design development; preparing and managing project budget and schedule. Successful candidates will assume responsibility and communicate effectively and efficiently with supervising managers, superintendents, general contractors, subcontractors, governing authorities and owners. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or equivalent experience or at least five years proven success in the commercial construction industry. Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing along with a proven ability to manage large projects is required.
