Job Summary:
Responsible for running multiple projects at any given time from start to finish. In addition, you will be able to participate in and help build our culture of being a trusted advisor while leading talented teams who are dedicated to excellence and building with integrity. Your goal will be to endure the ultimate success of a project and also oversee the cost, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction. You will create value by leading assigned projects from the bid process to project close-out and making sure they exceed the client’s expectations.
Responsibilities:
Manage project subcontractors including coordination, procurement of materials and equipment, monitoring budget and cost, manage to the bill. Project document control ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Manage/prepare cost proposals and change orders. Project accounting functions include assistance in billing and reviewing/approving sub-contractor progress payments. Control budgets and manage cost control throughout the life of the project. Coordinate with project architects, designers, owners, sub-contractors, and field personnel.
Qualifications and skills:
Minimum of 10 years in residential or ground-up high end construction. Knowledgeable about current construction methods, materials and regulations. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency. Must have good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Computer skills are a must. A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history are required
