The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires effective coordination with various stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage and supervise residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all terms are met throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize tools like Bluebeam for document management and collaboration among team members. Implement project coordination strategies to enhance efficiency and communication among all parties involved. Maintain accurate records of project activities, including schedules, budgets, and change orders. Skills Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with Bluebeam for document control and collaboration. Knowledge of civil engineering principles as applicable to residential projects (Civil 3D experience is a plus). Ability to navigate construction sites safely while recognizing potential hazards. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, contractors, and team members. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
