Duties Coordinate project timelines in partnership with internal teams, ensuring that materials are available when and where they are needed. Serve as a point of contact for clients and subcontractors, ensuring excellent customer service. Resolve any installation/customer concerns. Oversee the procurement and timely delivery of specialized materials that are crucial to our restoration projects. Help with planning for project milestones or team gatherings. Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations and all project requirements are met on time. Experience Must be capable of running and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, minimizing errors and enhancing efficiency. Familiarity with construction terminology. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is advantageous.
