Superintendent 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Blue Point, NY 11715 Superintendent Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing workforce, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily on-site operations of construction projects Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor teams Ensure project is completed within budget and on schedule Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met Collaborate with project managers and architects to resolve any issues Maintain safety standards and enforce safety protocols on-site Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and challenges Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and residential construction Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management Excellent leadership and organizational skills Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
