This role involves coordinating and supervising all activities on the job site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction and public works projects, particularly in ground-up developments and educational facilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations on-site. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Prepare and submit progress reports to upper management and stakeholders on a regular basis. Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among all team members involved in the project. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction and public works projects.
