$150K – $175K Are you an experienced construction leader with a passion for delivering high-impact public infrastructure projects? We are seeking a results-driven Superintendent to oversee the successful execution of government and municipal construction projects, from planning through to completion. As Superintendent, you’ll play a critical role in managing on-site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and scheduling standards are met across a range of public works projects – including schools, transportation facilities, municipal buildings, and parks. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and local authorities to ensure seamless delivery that meets both community needs and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day field operations on public construction projects
• Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance on-site
• Manage subcontractors, materials, schedules, and site logistics
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and local agencies
• Ensure all work meets specifications, codes, and quality expectations
• Proactively resolve issues that could impact schedule or budget

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on public or government-funded projects
• Deep understanding of construction processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects ($5M+)
