Client Details Our client is a Top ENR General Contractor and TopGreen Contractor with 40 years in business. They have a strongpresence in the U.S. with a revnue of over $300MM. Market sectorsincluding ground up and remodel for light industrial buildsincluding warehouses, distribution centers, mission critical, bigbox/tilt wall builds. Description Manages entire constructionprojects, including planning, directing, coordinating or budgetingactivities relating to the construction. Responsible for meetingjob requirements and controlling costs by coordinating andeffectively utilizing all of the resources needed on each project.

Assesses scope of work and resources required to successfullycomplete the project. Verifies project estimate for completenesswith detailed review of proposal specifications, drawings, and allcontract documents. Supervises total construction efforts to ensureproject is constructed in accordance with design, budget andschedule. Includes interfacing with owner, A/E representatives,subcontractors, etc. Plans, coordinates and supervises onsitefunctions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.), andprovides day-to-day direction of onsite administrative staff.

Provides technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings,recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required.

Oversees and reviews extra work estimating and issuance of changeorders. Assumes responsibility for safety, quality and productivityof subcontractors as well as Caddell craft employees. Monitors theefficient use of materials and equipment and the contractualperformance of the project. Administers financial tracking systemsto monitor project costs and forecast the remaining project cost.

Prepares complete plan of execution. Performs additionalassignments per supervisor’s direction. Strives to foster good workrelations with customers and subcontractors. Assists staff inreview and compliance of company policies and procedures and jobresponsibilities. Has full responsibility and accountability fordeveloping, implementing and executing an effective Safety andHealth Program on the project.
