We are seeking an experienced and highly organized ProjectManager to join our commercial construction team, with a specificfocus on modular building projects . This role involves leadingprojects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuringdelivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards ofquality and safety. Client Details Our client is a diverseCommercial Construction company with projects throughout the NorthEast Description Project Planning & Coordination Develop and managecomprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets Coordinate withclients, design teams, modular manufacturers, subcontractors, andinternal teams Review and approve construction drawings, shopdrawings, and project specifications Modular ConstructionManagement Oversee the modular design, production, delivery, andinstallation process Manage the integration of modular componentswith site-built construction Ensure compliance with applicablebuilding codes, regulations, and quality standards Client &Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact forclients throughout the project lifecycle Lead regular projectmeetings and provide status updates to stakeholders Address projectissues, conflicts, and change orders promptly and effectivelyBudget & Risk Management Monitor project financials, track costperformance, and manage project profitability Identify potentialrisks and implement mitigation strategies Approve invoices andensure proper documentation of project costs Team Leadership Directfield supervisors, subcontractors, and internal staff on projectexecution Foster a collaborative, accountable, and safety-focusedteam environment Ensure adherence to safety protocols and companypolicies Profile Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management,Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred) 5 years ofexperience in commercial construction project management 2 years ofexperience with modular construction (highly preferred) Provenability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strongunderstanding of construction scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project,Primavera) Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore,Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar) Excellent communication, leadership,and problem-solving skills Job Offer Competitive salary andperformance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professionaldevelopment opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis ofrace, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity orexpression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status,marital status, or based on an individual’s status in any group orclass protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
