Construction Superintendent Position Available In Westchester, New York

Job Description:

We are seeking Superintendent to oversee field operations oncommercial and modular building projects from groundbreakingthrough final completion. Client Details Our client is a diverseCommercial General Contractor with projects throughout the NorthEast. Description Oversee all field operations and site activities,ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliancewith plans, specifications, and building codes. Coordinate andmanage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor. Develop andmaintain project schedules, including sequencing of modular unitdelivery and installation. Conduct daily site inspections andprogress meetings to ensure quality control and job sitecleanliness. Collaborate with the project management team onplanning, logistics, and resolving construction issues. Enforcesafety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safetypolicies. Track project performance and prepare daily field reportsand documentation. Coordinate utilities, inspections, andpermitting requirements with local jurisdictions. Manage punch listcompletion and close-out procedures. Profile 5 years of experienceas a Superintendent in commercial construction. Experience withmodular construction (factory-built, prefabricated, or panelizedsystems) strongly preferred. Strong understanding of constructionmethods, scheduling, and job site coordination. Proven ability tolead and motivate on-site teams. Excellent communication andproblem-solving skills. Proficient in reading blueprints andtechnical documents. Knowledge of construction management software(e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project).
