Sr Learning & Leadership Development Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking, on behalf of our client, a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Learning & Leadership Development Coordinator to support a team focused on delivering best-in-class learning experiences that drive business growth and support a thriving, global culture.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating professional development and leadership training programs – both on and off-site
Managing learning logistics from registration to post-training assessments
Maintaining LMS administration, tracking, analysis and reporting
Assisting with the management of vendor relationships
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience supporting an L&D team
Experience developing LMS reports and analytics to measure effectiveness and engagement
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to prioritize demands in a high energy, professional environment.
