Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
10+ years of experience in project management and/or leadership
Professional Engineering licensure is required
MUST have experience in land development/site design for private commercial and residential projects
Need to have the ability to manage multiple projects and staff concurrently, while meeting deadlines
Ability to build and maintain client contacts and relations
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
The ability to lead and develop staff, cultivate a positive working environment, act with integrity, and hold your team accountable
Job Description/Duties:
This position will report to the Vice President of the firm, and will be accountable for the operations of the entire Civil Department.
All aspects of this role include production oversight, personnel management, client management and satisfaction, business development, scheduling, quality control and financial management including department performance.
Must be willing to lead, oversee, and mentor project managers
Ability to manage land development projects between $50k – $150k
Must be able to authorize proposals and prepare budgets
