Construction Superintendent Cavalier Workforce Inc Warrendale, PA 15086 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Duties Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to guide construction activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project execution. Implement project scheduling techniques to maintain timelines and manage resources effectively. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards. Utilize ProCore software for project management tasks including documentation and reporting. Perform construction estimating to assess project costs and resource requirements. Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations for workplace safety. Provide training and support to team members on equipment usage, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical work when necessary. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Familiarity with project scheduling tools and construction estimating software such as Bluebeam. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Knowledge of pipeline construction is a plus but not mandatory.
