Full Job Description Compensation & Notes:
Contract to hire Onsite role $45
- 60/hr
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Job Description:
Our client, a large Engineering and Construction Management firm, is looking to hire a Superintendent focused in MEP Construction to projects in Montgomery, Bucks & Lehigh counties in Pennsylvania. This person will preferably have over 15 years of experience in MEP Construction, either from another construction management firm, General Contractor or Electrical contractor. The projects they will be working on are Mission Critical construction (Data Centers, Pharmaceutical Labs, Hospitals, etc). This individual will be running multiple projects concurrently (in the $1M
- 5M range each).
They should be self-sufficient and comfortable running on site activities on their own, but will have a PM to support paperwork. The main responsibilities of this Superintendent will be:
Project Management:
- MEP Construction Managers are responsible for the overall management of MEP aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to final commissioning.
Coordination:
- They ensure that MEP systems are seamlessly integrated with other construction elements, resolving any conflicts that may arise between different disciplines.
Subcontractor Management:
- MEP Construction Managers manage relationships with MEP subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and timelines.
Design and Installation:
- They play a key role in coordinating MEP design and installation activities, ensuring that systems are installed correctly and meet project specifications.
Quality Assurance:
- They oversee quality control measures to ensure that MEP systems are installed to the highest standards and meet all relevant regulations and codes.
Budget and Schedule Management:
- They manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring that MEP work is completed on time and within budget.
Communication:
- They communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Problem Solving:
- They address and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
