HVAC Project Manager / Supervisor H.F. Lenz Company is currently seeking an HVAC Project Manager / Supervisor to lead our mission critical, commercial and data-center engineering projects at our headquarters in Johnstown, PA. Day Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading construction projects related to mechanical engineering and design, including HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that work is completed to specifications and within budget.
Perform construction management activities from contract award to project closeout, including RFI’s, submittals, schedules, installation and final walk through.
Conduct site visits, surveys/studies, reports and other analysis in support of HVAC design for mission critical and government facilities.
Coordinate with engineering team members in cross-functional setting to ensure that the design is accurate and that contract responsibilities are met according to client’s expectations, and maintain current quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

A.A. Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of experience working with Construction / MEP Building Systems Design.
Occassional travel to project sites is required.
Top Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain security clearance is required.
Must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications:

Ability to lead HVAC building systems from design to construction administration.
Ability to travel occassionally to conduct on-site visits and field surveys.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
Ability to meet project deadlines and provide outstanding service to clients.
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.
