Assistant General Manager 

Description:

The Assistant General Manager Supervises and motivate the car wash team to achieve their best performance. Building a strong company work culture through your day-to-day leadership behaviors. Assists with preventative and overall maintenance at the car wash. This is what the ModDrop stands for. Responsibilities:

 The Assistant General Manager is responsible for Maintaining daily operational standards. Preparing and maintaining quality control procedures. Measuring, maintaining, and requesting additional inventory and chemicals as needed. Inspecting and maintaining car wash equipment. Training new employees and developing their skillsets. Fostering a strong sense of culture within the site based on personal accountability and quality communication. Resolving all customer-related questions and concerns. Providing the best possible customer service. Performing all other duties as assigned by the Site General Manager. 

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma “`{=html}“
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership role “`{=html}“
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance coverage “`{=html}“
• Strong interpersonal skills “`{=html}“
• A willingness to learn and grow “`{=html}“
• Strong business acumen “`{=html}“
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and holidays 

Position Requirements:

• Create and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment “`{=html}“

• Trained to perform preventive maintenance and repairs equipment “`{=html}“
• Manage chemical inventory, scheduling, labor costs, and equipment functionality “`{=html}“
• Perform required administrative duties including disciplinary action, terminations, scheduling, employee relations and life cycle recruiting “`{=html}“
• Continuously seek ways to improve the business “`{=html}“
• Take full ownership of the site’s Profit & Loss (P&L) performance “`{=html}“
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures “`{=html}“
• Ensure that safety and security are emphasized, practiced, and periodically reviewed, and that employees are trained in appropriate responses “`{=html}“
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals “`{=html}“
• Lead the team with a strong sales mindset, driving performance and customer satisfaction “`{=html}“
• Participates in the hiring and training of hourly team members “`{=html}“
• Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of hourly team members “`{=html}“
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive “`{=html}“
• Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy “`{=html}“
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter) “`{=html}“
