We are an established, nationwide construction firm that specializes in insurance reconstruction. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing subcontractors and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all aspects of residential construction projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in residential construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing subcontractors and client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Nice to have: Familiarity with insurance reconstruction processes. Benefits Base Salary ($80K)
