Training Supervisor 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 11160 Parkway Drive, North East, PA 16428 As a Training Supervisor in Supply Chain you will be responsible for managing, developing, coordinating, and conducting training programs across the site aligned with the Supply Chain Line Operator Training process. Ideal candidate will have experience with various training methods to include class-room training, on-the-job coaching, and e-learning. Also, the Training Supervisor will work closely with LMS Manager and Site Leadership to identify training needs across production lines and help map out site training plans for operators.

Position Responsibilities :
Build well-written technical training for production equipment and or lines Facilitate training to the intended audience ensuring information is understood Analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems Communicate with all levels across SC Operations through active listening, and asking questions to ensure training materials includes all processes and tasks Use photographs, drawings, videos, diagrams and charts in training material to increase users’ understanding Adjust facilitation style to meet the needs of the audience by selecting appropriate communication mediums, such as manuals or online videos Revise training materials to keep up with process improvements Produce high-quality detailed training material/documentation that meets standards and is appropriate for its intended audience Grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Meet aggressive deadlines Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of technical writing. Delivering accurate training/documentation under tight deadlines Collaborate with Operational leaders across the site to increase information sharing, performance support, and training delivery skills Coordinate with Site leaders to understand training needs and influence the training and development agenda and objectives Lead Training Resources to produce written information, verify and confirm facts. Train Trainers in effectively delivering training material to hourly employees.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience with 2 being with training delivery HS Diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Strong Computer Skills with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems quickly Working experience in technical writing of software documentation and basic knowledge of video editing programs, visio Strong interpersonal and facilitator skills Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills Highly motivated self-starter and ability to work independently, Demonstrated people and project leadership experience Ability to work across multiple shifts to meet the needs of a 24/7 operating environment Analytical and problem-solving skills Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with team to drive improved performance
