Summary:

CQC System Manager will be the individual within the onsite work organization that is responsible for overall management of CQC and has the authority to act in all CQC matters for the Contractor. This CQC System Manager is on the site at all times during construction and is employed by the prime

ContractorResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:

Required to be on site at all timesResponsible for overall management of the CQC program and have the authority to act in all CQC mattersResponsible for submittals, hands on review of work in place, administration and execution of all meetings and reporting, documentation, and close-out of the projectInterface with the customer and subcontractorsMaintain daily logs and required daily documentation and obtain, review, approve, and process submittalsPerform other duties as assigned

QualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organizationAbility to read construction drawings and specificationsAbility to interpret documents such as:

Safety rulesOperating and Maintenance manualsProcedure manualsAbility to write routine reports and correspondenceMust be able to travel to the job site(s) as assignedMust be proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Minimum Qualifications:

Required to be a graduate engineer, graduate architect, or a graduate of construction management.

Minimum of five years construction experience on new construction or ten years in related workEM-385 familiarityRMS proficiencyFluent English communication skills.

OSHA certAbility to pass a background check and obtain federal facility clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with OSHA 30 Experience with EM-385 (40 hr.)Must be able to obtain CQC Certification (Construction Quality Management for Contractors) within two weeks of employment.

Pay and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 annually.
