job summary: A Construction Project Manager is needed for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Marietta, PA area. This position will lead and manage large-scale pharmaceutical construction and engineering projects from design through commissioning, ensuring compliance, safety, budget, and schedule while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Construction Management & Safety Develop and execute construction plans for large capital projectsMobilize trades, equipment, materials, secure permitsImplement and comply with OSHA and global safety standards to ensure zero incidents/lost time Commissioning & Qualification Generate Turnover Packages (TOP) for facility, utilities, process, equipment, and automation systemsLead checkout, dry/wet runs, punch lists, SAT, commissioning, IQ, OQ, change control, validation strategy, and protocol/report development Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Develop and deliver project communication plans including tier meetings, steering, safety reviews, gate reviews, and town hallsMaintain effective communication with stakeholders, leadership, contractors, engineering, facilities, quality, finance, validation teams Experience & Qualifications 5+ years in pharmaceutical project/engineering experience preferredExperience in design, construction, start-up, operation of large bulk biopharma drug substance and fill/finish facilitiesstrong understanding of design, installation, commissioning, qualification, validation of pharma equipment/utilitiesAbility to interact with scientific, engineering, operational personnel at all levelsProven leadership in cross-functional, self-directed teamsComfortable with ambiguity and strategic problem solvingRisk management experienceProficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Power AppsBackground in regulated environments, design, qualification, troubleshooting processes and equipmentKnowledge of biological/vaccine manufacturing regulations a plusstrong interpersonal, written, oral communication skillsAbility to foster a proactive “can-do” attitude in teamsGood organizational and leadership skills with ability to make critical decisionsEffective both independently and in dynamic team settings Additional Information Large-scale pharma project experience requiredstrong schedule and report writing skillsBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required; master’s preferredPMP certification preferredExcellent communication and presentation skills requiredSpanish language skills beneficial #LI-KD1 qualifications: Experience level:
