7am•5pm (as of right now, no OT)

This is a 6•9 month contract They’re in the process of creating the layout for the move, so they would like to have someone hired asap. Job Description Construction Project manager Perform project management of the construction of a manufacturing build out and move from Moonachie NJ to Lodi, NJ, including decommissioning of the current facility. Responsibilities Monitor the construction and move project budget Create and monitor the construction and move plan and schedule, with project deliverables and milestones Monitor resources such as construction materials, construction workers, equipment and movers Monitor project logistics Create status reports for project stakeholders Monitor performance of the general contractor, site manager/foreman and other members of the construction team Monitor general contractor to obtain and close building permits, licenses and meet code regulations Skills & Qualifications Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Project management skills such as time management, project budgeting and project scheduling Education & Training Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field Strong knowledge of construction management best practices Fluency in Microsoft project Current with rules and regulations related to construction in Lodi New Jersey Work Experience Five years of project management experience in the construction industry or construction specialties such as electrical, plumbing, or carpentry Preferred experience managing a construction site Proven risk management experience in construction projects #CNX200
