The Tilt Up Construction Superintendent will oversee all on-siteaspects of commercial tilt-up and tenant improvement projects,ensuring that work progresses safely, efficiently, and to thehighest standard. The ideal candidate is experienced with ground-upcommercial construction , particularly tilt-up builds, and thrivesin a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Client Details We are aSanta Clarita-based general contractor specializing in commercialconstruction , with a primary focus on quick serve restaurants,retail spaces, and light industrial projects . With a growingpipeline of work in the Santa Clarita and Lancaster area, we areseeking a skilled Tilt Up Construction Superintendent to take thelead on our upcoming tilt-up project in Lancaster and continue togrow with our team. Description Lead field operations fromgroundbreaking through project completion Manage subcontractors,materials, schedules, and inspections Enforce job site safetyprotocols and ensure OSHA compliance Track and maintain projectprogress, reporting daily to the project manager Coordinate sitelogistics, equipment, and deliveries Identify and resolve issuesproactively to avoid delays or cost overruns Serve as the primaryon-site liaison with clients, inspectors, and vendors Profile 5years of experience as a Tilt Up Construction Superintendent incommercial construction Strong background in tilt-up building andconstruction and/or ground-up retail/restaurant builds Ability toread and interpret blueprints, project plans, and technicaldocuments Proven leadership and communication skills OSHA 30certification preferred Must have a valid driver’s license anddependable transportation Familiarity with local codes andjurisdictions in the area a plus Job Offer Competitive salaryrange: $100,000-$130,000 per year Long-term, stable employment witha growing company Projects located primarily in Santa Clarita,Lancaster, and nearby areas Supportive team culture andopportunities for advancement MPI does not discriminate on thebasis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, genderidentity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteranstatus, marital status, or based on an individual’s status in anygroup or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
