Life:
Your day starts in a company truck, leading your crew with confidence and purpose. From setup to final walk-through, you’re guiding installs, solving challenges, and keeping the site safe, efficient, and on schedule. You represent the company with pride, and your work helps build trust with every homeowner.
What You’ll Get:

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead roofing crews on residential job sites Ensure job quality, OSHA/safety compliance, and homeowner satisfaction Coordinate with office staff and material suppliers Maintain schedules and handle minor issues proactively Uphold company values and lead by example
Requirements:
3+ years experience in roofing or construction ( 1 year supervisory experience preferred) Valid driver’s license Strong leadership and communication skills Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Comfortable with smartphone apps (photos, notes, etc.) How to
