COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION WAREHOUSE MANAGER

The warehouse manager is a critical part of the operation of our construction company and completes various management, organization, and planning tasks to maintain high performance of the warehouse and shipment processes. The manager will coordinate job site deliveries and clean outs with supervisors and project managers as needed. This position requires the warehouse manager to be familiar with all products the company utilizes and requires the warehouse manager to deal directly with all company staff at times.

Requirements:

Must have valid drivers license. Must pass a drug test. Must be able to get a vehicle medical card (for truck driving). CDL is not required but is a plus. Computer skills are a plus for inventory purposes. Knowledge of construction is a large plus. Organizational skills are a must. Job is Monday through Friday with normal working hours 6:00am – 3:30pm. Typical week will be 40 hours. Friday’s hours are adjusted as needed.

The warehouse manager is expected to work closely with the project managers and supervisors to ensure the company projects are run as efficiently as possible in regards to the warehouse involvement. The warehouse manager is expected to work with all office staff and join in any company meetings when requested. •
