About The Role Role:
Field Installations Manager Location:

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel throughout Pennsylvania and along the New Jersey border. Candidates should ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of a Wren Showroom. Travel to Connecticut is also required on a regular basis for team meetings.

Compensation:

Base salary: $59,100 – $65,600 per year Monthly performance-based bonus Company vehicle provided Main Responsibilities As a Field Installations Manager, your role is to ensure Wren customers receive a flawless installation experience and world-class customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the quality and timeliness of kitchen installations to maintain Wren’s high standards. Supporting and collaborating with the central Installation Coordinator team to ensure fit times are met. Proactively and reactively resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner. Conducting regular site visits to active installations to evaluate the quality of work delivered by installers. Managing the customer journey in partnership with an Installation Coordinator. Monitoring and managing costs within your installation area while maintaining top-tier customer service. Working closely with manufacturing and distribution teams to report issues and contribute to product and process improvements. Assisting the Directors Office, Customer Care, and Managing Director with technical assessments and the resolution of local customer issues. Leading and managing installation teams to deliver consistent, high-quality results. About You What You’ll Bring to Wren Proven experience in a customer-facing, coordination-based role. Background in installations or service management is preferred. Strong ability to manage multiple moving parts and stages of the installation process. Demonstrated success in handling complex customer issues and delivering high customer satisfaction. Industry experience in kitchens or a related field is desirable, though exceptional candidates from other industries will also be considered. Additional Requirements 40-hour work week across 7 days, including availability for weekends and evenings as needed. Willingness to travel for training, development, and ongoing team collaboration.
