What you will be doing:

Monitor exterior remodel jobs (roofing, siding, gutters and/or windows) as from the beginning until end, inspecting them upon completion. Perform some minor repairs. Review Production Calendar daily for jobs Maintain an average 4/5 stars quality score throughout the process, ensuring our client is exceptionally satisfied. Drive and control the quality of our work in the field. Daily Administrative updates to all required tracking systems What you have that WE want: Primary point of contact for homeowner; deliver daily progress updates & handle change orders Direct and mentor one roofing crew; enforce safety, quality, and daily goals Take/organize before-during-after photos Track labor & material usage vs. estimate; flag overruns early Maintain site cleanliness, tarp protection, and neighbor/pet-safe work zones

Closeout:

punch-list, final walk-through, paperwork, and hand-off to office Clean driving record + trailer-pulling skills Ability to climb ladders and work outdoors year-round Solid phone/app skills for logs & photos Good driving record Construction/roofing experience preferred Spanish/English bilingual for crew communication preferred Don’t spend another minute working with a company that doesn’t value your contributions and recognizes what you can offer.
