The role is in a large facility with numerous kitchen outlets, requiring excellent coordination and adaptability to maintain efficiency and quality across all areas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee a staff of approximately 30 people per shift. Must be able to speak English and Spanish This is a working supervisory position that will cover for team members as needed. Communicate with outlet chefs and managers Communicate directly with on site manager Translate for employees as needed Help conduct interviews as needed

Requirements:

Must be able to be on your feet for 8-hour shift Must be able to lift 50 lbs Bilingual Spanish/English Computer skills a plus
