As a Project Manager , you will play a critical leadership rolein the field, responsible for the daily coordination and oversightof civil construction projects. You will ensure that projects aredelivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with ourcompany’s high standards for quality, safety, and performance.

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced ProjectManager to join our growing team and help us continue setting thestandard for excellence in the field. Description KeyResponsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations and siteactivities for heavy civil construction projects (e.g., utilities,roadwork, bridges, sitework). Supervise and coordinatesubcontractors, trades, and labor crews. Ensure compliance withsafety regulations, project specifications, and quality controlstandards. Develop and maintain project schedules in collaborationwith the Project Manager. Communicate effectively with clients,engineers, inspectors, and internal teams. Maintain daily reports,field documentation, and site logistics plans. Troubleshoot fieldissues and implement practical solutions in real time. Champion aculture of safety, accountability, and performance. ProfileQualifications 5 years of experience in civil construction, with atleast 3 years in a Superintendent role. Proven track recordoverseeing large-scale sitework, utility, or roadway projects.
In-depth knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, andbest practices. Strong leadership, organizational, andproblem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints,specs, and construction documents. Proficient in field managementsoftware, scheduling tools, and reporting systems. OSHA 30certification required; other relevant safety credentialspreferred. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locallyas needed.
