What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate day-to-day construction operations for heavy highway projects with field teams and subcontractors Support project scheduling, material procurement, and document control Monitor compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications Assist in site inspections, progress tracking, and reporting to project leadership Collaborate across disciplines to resolve field issues and maintain workflow efficiency What Are We Looking For Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with construction practices, preferably in heavy highway or civil infrastructure Effective communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration Comfort with digital tools, construction management software, and project documentation Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-functioning project team Work Environment This role involves both field and office work, with frequent travel to active construction sites. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions, navigating construction zones, and using appropriate personal protective equipment.
