Description The Construction Project Manager will:

• Provideoverall leadership to entire project team
• Manage and developassigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
• Build and maintain rapport with architects, subcontractors, andvendors.
• Understand and administer contract and subcontractagreements.
• Establish, communicate, and implement the ProjectSchedule
• Manage budget and financial reporting
• Interpret andanalyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
• Manage theQuality Assurance/Quality Control program.
• Provide leadership inrisk evaluation, contract negotiations, and fee and pricingdecisions Profile The successful Construction Project Manager willhave the following:
• 5 years’ experience in CommercialConstruction Project Management
• Bachelor’s Degree in ConstructionManagement or related field strongly preferred
• OSHA certificationpreferred
• Proficient in project management software
