We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Managerto oversee all phases of ground-up multifamily constructionprojects. This role requires strong leadership, technicalconstruction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multipleteams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality assets.

Client Details A well respected, mid sized general contractorspecializing in high-quality multifamily projects. With a portfoliothat includes both urban and suburban communities, we are committedto delivering projects that enhance the way people live and work.

As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Multifamily ProjectManager to lead new ground-up developments from inception tocompletion. Description Manage all phases of multifamilyconstruction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling,and execution. Lead pre-construction efforts including permitting,bidding, and subcontractor selection. Direct on-site constructionactivities and ensure adherence to plans, specifications, codes,and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers,consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintainproject momentum. Prepare and present regular project updates,forecasts, and risk assessments to senior leadership. Monitorproject budgets and schedules, identifying variances andimplementing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with contractterms, local regulations, and company standards. Profile 5 years ofexperience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects.

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and withinbudget. Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling,and cost control. Excellent leadership, organizational, andcommunication skills. Proficiency with project management software(e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). Bachelor’s degree inConstruction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
