The Multifamily Superintendent is responsible for overseeing allon-site construction activities, ensuring projects are builtsafely, on time, within budget, and to the highest qualitystandards. This individual will serve as the day-to-day fieldleader, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety protocols,and acting as the primary point of contact on-site. As we grow, we’re seeking anexperienced Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of newground-up multifamily projects. Description Manage and coordinateall on-site construction activities for ground-up multifamilyprojects. Direct subcontractors and ensure all work is performedaccording to plans, specifications, and local codes. Develop andmaintain short-term schedules, monitor progress, and adjust asneeded to meet deadlines. Enforce safety regulations and promote aculture of jobsite safety and cleanliness. Conduct daily jobsitewalks and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence toconstruction documents. Collaborate closely with the ProjectManager, architects, engineers, and inspectors. Maintain dailylogs, site reports, and documentation of field activities andprogress. Manage site logistics, deliveries, and material storage.

Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid schedule orbudget impacts. Profile 5 years of experience as a Superintendenton ground-up multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge ofbuilding systems, construction sequencing, and site coordination.

Proven ability to manage subcontractors and enforce site safety andquality standards. Effective communication, leadership, andproblem-solving skills. Proficiency with field management software(e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam). OSHA 30 certificationrequired; additional safety training a plus. High school diploma orequivalent required; trade school or construction managementcoursework preferred. Job Offer Be a key player in buildinghigh-quality multifamily communities from the ground up.
