We focus on high-quality commercial, retail, and luxury residential interiors , managing every detail from design coordination to final punch list. As our project portfolio grows in the Philadelphia area, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager with a deep focus on interiors to oversee and deliver top-tier results.

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager – Interiors , you’ll be responsible for managing interior construction projects from preconstruction through close-out. You will coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and our field teams to ensure smooth execution, high-quality finishes, and on-time delivery. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in tenant improvements, interior renovations, and fit-out work .

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage interior construction projects from project kickoff to final close-out. Oversee budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor contracts. Coordinate with Superintendents, clients, and design teams to align field operations with project goals. Develop and maintain project schedules and procurement logs, ensuring timely delivery of materials and finishes. Perform site visits to monitor quality and progress, and resolve jobsite issues proactively. Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure project alignment and compliance. Lead OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and deliver clear communication to all stakeholders. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in interior construction , commercial renovations, or tenant fit-outs. Deep understanding of interior systems : framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP coordination, millwork, flooring, and finish work. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Strong budgeting, cost tracking, and schedule management experience. Proficiency in construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred. OSHA 30 Certification is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required.
