What You’ll Be Doing Plan & Execute Top-Tier Renovations:

Oversee all phases of residential remodels-from scheduling and permits to punch lists and hand-off Develop detailed budgets, timelines, and material plans that meet quality and client expectations Manage job site operations with an eye on safety, timelines, and craftsmanship Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and excellence Lead Teams with

Ensure Compliance & Best Practices:

Stay current on Philadelphia permitting, building codes, and inspection protocols Maintain documentation and records in Buildertrend and TSheets Pass all inspections smoothly and address issues before they escalate What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of experience managing residential remodeling or new construction projects Strong blueprint reading and project planning skills Deep knowledge of construction methods, job-site safety, and contractor coordination Experience with Buildertrend, TSheets, Microsoft Office (or similar tools) Excellent interpersonal skills-you can lead teams and build client trust with ease Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred PMP certification or a similar credential is a plus Must have a clean driving record and be available Monday-Friday (7 AM-6 PM) with occasional Saturdays Bonus Points If You… Take pride in doing things right the first time Thrive in organized chaos and keep calm under pressure Know how to motivate without micromanaging Genuinely enjoy building relationships with clients, trades, and your team Why Join New Market?
