Job Description:

The Construction Superintendent will lead and manage the on-siteconstruction team, and oversee all work on site. The ConstructionSuperintendent will be responsible for orderliness on site andensure compliance with safety regulations. Client Details TopPhiladelphia general contractor HQ’ed in Center City offering bothpre-construction and construction management services forcommercial and institutional projects. Description Leading andmanaging the on-site construction team. Coordinating and overseeingall work on site. Attending production meetings. Reviewing andbecoming familiar with the schedule and budget, and ensuringadherence to these. Ensuring quality standards are met. Placingorders for materials, and being responsible for equipment andmaterials on site. Following the project timeline to ensuredeadlines are met. Monitoring and ensuring on-site safetycompliance, cleanliness and orderliness. Maintaining records forsite personnel such as daily field reports, field orders and RFIs.

Liaising with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
