We’re currently looking for a seasoned Superintendent with a strong background in interiors construction to lead projects in the Philadelphia area.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Superintendent who excels in interior construction and tenant fit-outs. This role requires someone who can be a boots-on-the-ground leader, managing daily jobsite activities, subcontractors, safety, and quality control. The ideal candidate has deep experience in interior renovations, high-end finishes, millwork, and understands the fast-paced nature of interior build-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on-site execution of interior construction projects from start to finish. Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and safety standards. Manage daily jobsite activities, including work sequencing, inspections, and quality control of interior finishes (millwork, flooring, ceilings, glass, partitions, etc.). Coordinate directly with the Project Manager, architects, designers, and clients for issue resolution and schedule alignment. Maintain daily logs, site reports, safety documentation, and field updates. Proactively identify issues and suggest field-driven solutions to maintain schedule and quality. Ensure work is being completed according to approved drawings, specs, and local code. Conduct and lead jobsite meetings and walkthroughs with project stakeholders. Uphold Nino Development’s reputation for quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in interior construction (commercial, hospitality, retail, or high-end residential). Strong expertise in interior build-outs , including framing, drywall, ceilings, flooring, millwork, paint, and finish carpentry. Excellent understanding of construction drawings, technical specs, and interior construction sequencing. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Ability to manage multiple trades on a fast-paced schedule. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Tech-savvy and familiar with Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, or similar platforms. Ability to lead field operations with professionalism and integrity. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
