$160K

One of our top general contractor clients is actively seeking a Travelling Superintendent to oversee industrial construction projects across the U.S. This is a key field leadership role for someone who’s detail-oriented, safety-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality work on schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead daily on-site operations for industrial construction projects (manufacturing, distribution, energy, etc.) Supervise subcontractors, trades, and field staff to ensure productivity and quality Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep projects on track Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates Travel extensively (up to 80%) to project sites nationwide

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and field coordination Proven ability to manage large-scale job sites and multiple trades Excellent communication and leadership skills OSHA 30 certification required Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and technical documents Willingness to travel and stay on-site for extended periods What’s in It for
