Industrial Site Supervisor Safari Contract Cleaners Mount Pleasant, PA 15689 At Safari Contract Cleaners, we don’t just clean—we lead with excellence. We’re currently looking for a part-time Site Supervisor to join our evening team at an industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and cleaning standards Coordinate and schedule work assignments for team members Train and support team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment Communicate regularly with management regarding project status, staffing, and any challenges Resolve on-site issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and personnel performance

What We’re Looking For:

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices Ability to work independently and collaboratively Comfortable working in extreme temperatures , especially during the summer months 1+ year of cleaning experience preferred Why Join Safari?
