Description Project Planning & Execution Lead the planning,scheduling, budgeting, and execution of multiple commercialconstruction projects. Develop detailed project plans , includingscope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones. Coordinatepreconstruction activities , including estimating, bidding,procurement, and contract negotiations. Ensure compliance withlocal building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
Budget & Cost Control Develop and manage project budgets, includingcost forecasting and financial reporting. Monitor project expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with contractrequirements. Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate withvendors and subcontractors to optimize expenditures. ConstructionOversight & Quality Control Supervise on-site constructionactivities , ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams tomaintain workflow efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections toensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Address any construction issues or unforeseen conditions withprompt and effective solutions. Safety & Compliance Enforcecompliance with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and companypolicies . Conduct safety meetings and ensure that all workers aretrained on job site safety procedures. Work closely withinspectors, permitting agencies, and regulatory bodies to maintaincompliance. Profile Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree inConstruction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldpreferred. 5 years of experience in commercial construction projectmanagement .
